Three New Commercial Assignments

Centra Partners, LLC has recently acquired commercial assignments on three office properties in Fort Worth, Texas.

Centra has been assigned the property management and leasing assignment on a newly completed 4-story 63,000 square foot multi-tenant office building.

Centra acquired the property management assignments on one recently completed, fully-leased 1-story office building containing 20,000 square feet and an existing fully-leased, 4-story office building containing 30,000 square feet.

Centra Partners, LLC recently brokered the sale of two medical office buildings containing approximately 85,903 square feet located in Northwest Houston, Texas.
