J. David Cason has been elected a Vice President of Centra Partners, LLC.  Mr. Cason has been associated with Centra Partners, LLC. for 6 years working in both office leasing and commercial investment sales.

Mr. Cason started his real estate career as an office leasing broker with The Swearingen Company and later with The Paragon Group in Dallas, Texas and has 25 years experience in commercial real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

We are pleased to announce that Ted St. Clair has recently joined Centra Partners' Fort Worth office specializing in Commercial Leasing and Brokerage.

Mr. St. Clair has 27 years experience in Metroplex commercial real estate.  He was Chairman of The Society of Commercial Realtors in 2002 and has served 2 terms on the Board of Governors of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.

In 2005, Mr. St. Clair won the William C. Jennings Lone Star Award for the Texas Commercial Transaction of The Year.
