Centra Partners is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) specializing in asset and property management, financial, brokerage and receivership services for commercial and multifamily properties in Texas and the Southwest for Institutional clients and other substantial private owners of real property.

Centra professionals have assisted owners with millions of square feet of receivership, distressed and foreclosure properties during the late 1980's and 1990's in Texas.

Centra Partners currently employs over 140 management, leasing, accounting, engineering and administrative professionals, of which 10 are licensed real estate professionals in Texas.

Centra Partners has leased over 10 million square feet of commercial space and managed 15 million square feet of commercial space.  Centra has managed over 22,000 units of multi-family space and has sold 12 million square feet of commercial space.
